IT'S MY PRIVILEGE TONIGHT TO INTRODUCE TO TWO NEW, UM AH ADMINISTRATORS TO THEIR POSITIONS HERE. AH ONE IS, UM, A VETERAN OF OUR DISTRICT, AND SO I'M GOING TO START WITH HER MISS PAGE STILLS FOR THE PAST FOUR YEARS. PAGES SERVED AS AN ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL AT TO HIGH SCHOOL, AND TWICE SHE HAS ACTED AS SUMMER SCHOOL PRINCIPAL FOR OUR PROGRAMS. PRIOR TO HER ROLE AS ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL PAGE TARGET CRAMER MIDDLE SCHOOL AS AN AVID TEACHER AND COORDINATOR AND GATE WORLD HISTORY TEACHER.

HE CURRENTLY SERVES AS THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF SECONDARY EDUCATION FOR THE INGLEWOOD UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT. WHERE HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION OF CURRICULUM INSTRUCTION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. AS PRINCIPAL OF SAINT MARINO HIGH SCHOOL, DR GATES LED THE SCHOOL TO THE NUMBER ONE ACADEMIC ACHIEVING HIGH SCHOOL IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THREE CONSECUTIVE YEARS. THE CHALLENGES WITH FIELD SPACE ON THAT CAMPUS. CURRENTLY I'M A PARENT OF A STUDENT ELDORADO AND A MULTI SPORT ATHLETE. THE HISTORY OF THE PROJECT DATES BACK TO 2007. THE LIGHTS WERE ORIGINALLY INCLUDED IN THE PROPOSAL FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER. WHEN THE TURF WAS INSTALLED IN 2010. THE ELECTRICITY AND CONDUIT WAS ALL LAID UNDER THAT TURF. IT'S ALREADY THERE. I HOPE THAT AFTER 16 YEARS OF WAITING, ELDORADO WILL FINALLY HAVE LIGHTS ON THIS CAMPUS. IT IS THE CAMPUS THAT HAS THE MOST LIMITS TO ITS FIELD SPACE. IN THE ATHLETIC PROGRAMS HAD SUFFERED BECAUSE OF IT. WHY SHOULD ELDORADO BE THE ONLY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE DISTRICT WITHOUT LIGHTS ON ITS OUTDOOR ATHLETIC FACILITY? THAT MY TIME? THANK YOU GIRLS.
