FOR THOSE INDIVIDUALS , I WOULD ASK THAT THEY TAKE A STEP BACK FOR A MINUTE. I CHECKED THEIR EGO AT THE DOOR JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE A PARTICULAR DEGREE CERTIFICATE OR CREDENTIAL. IT DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE THE UNCHECKED AND UNQUESTIONABLE AUTHORITY TO TEACH WHATEVER YOU WANT TO OUR CHILDREN WHILE THEY'RE BEING HELD AS A CAPTIVE AUDIENCE IN THE SCHOOLS. OUR SCHOOL COMMUNITY YL USD IS OVER 30,000 STUDENTS SPREAD OUT OVER 45 SQUARE MILES. IT IS MY HOPE THAT YOU WILL LISTEN TO AND REPRESENT THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY THROUGHOUT THE TENDER YOUR TENURE WITH THE DISTRICT THAT WHEN YOU ARE SEEKING INPUT FROM THE COMMUNITY , YOU DO IT IN AN ETHICAL AND EQUITABLE WAY.
